Create your Rules (sets of keyword question phrases and answers)
Now you are ready to create your first rule. A rule has two parts
- Part1: The answer that the chatbot will give to a specific question
- Part2: list of all the possible words that may pose that question
View and edit your Rules
You can edit the keywords list and/or change the answer whenever you want, from the "List Rules" page
Depending on your package choice, you can have 20, 50 or unlimited answers. For the free trial we offer you 3 answers so you can see how simple and efficient Simple Chatbot is!
Check that your rules are working as intended
Test every rule you just created via your Facebook Fan Page chat. The new rules are activated right after you create/edit them.
View your page/bot chat history
We provide a special page that keeps track of every question that your chatbot was asked, to help you optimize your answers, plus a lot of useful extra data (time of question etc). All data are kept for a specific amount of time depending on the package you have selected.
